The room was horribly uninsulated, we could hear and even understand the neighbours' conversations... At night in the corridors people were walking around, several times we were woken up.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and close proximity to the Veranda restaurant. The adult-only restaurants provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy our meals in peace. We also appreciated the variety of activities available and were able to participate in all of them. Additionally, our room had a stunning view of the lagoon, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The check-in process was disorganized and left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

When I arrived at the hotel I was overbooked and my reservation was not respected.

The hotel staff were fabulous, particularly Gabriel in the Buffet restaurant. He looked after us brilliantly and worked so hard!. The food in general was varied and good, with the specialty restaurants being a highlight. We especially loved the Mexican restaurant. The hotel's location was fantastic. It was conveniently located across the road from a large mall, offering a nice change of pace. The beach was also right on the doorstep, with beautiful white sand and fine views.

I booked the cost in dollars and in the end they overcharged me, they charged it in pesos and dollars were accepted at a super low exchange rate.

The rooms were cleaned twice a day, a great bonus. The special restaurants in the hotel, especially the Mexican and Italian ones, were the best. It was nice to have a variety of dining options. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The food options at the hotel could have been better. The flavors were lacking and there weren't enough choices.

The attention, they were always very attentive in all their sections, the whole presinal greeted at all times. They gave us a better room than the one I had hired for overbooking and it was really very good

I knew the hotel before and still have the same problem, SNAK is not complete, there are no chips, fundamental with children, with limited options. cocktails are not very good, bars do not have fruits to make rich drinks, it is all industrial, I think it could be improved a little

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, right on the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and updated with comfortable beds and even a jacuzzi. The service provided by the staff is top-notch and they pay attention to every detail. And don't forget to try the breakfast tacos, they are delicious!

The beach and pool areas were fine. We requested a sea-view room and were kinda surprised with an upgrade to a suite with an ocean view. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed.

We had a great time at Park Royal! The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach, and the hotel is well maintained. The staff was friendly and cute, making us feel like family. We enjoyed the two pools, especially the adults-only one for some peace and quiet. The drinks were good, with clean cups, and they even had name brand liquor. There is a shopping center across the street and several restaurants on the lagoon, adding to the convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff is amazing, everyone is really nice and you feel like you know them already. The restaurants Frida and El Pescador are delicious. They have teamed days with different activities every day. In the night they have a taco truck that is delicious too. The room we had was the family room with our own small pool and it was amazing, especially for the price. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
